- All fitted multilayer/polycarbonate glass has a thickness of 40 mm, this provides B6+ (standard is 36mm)
- The roof has added protection within B6 of a 90 degree input angle (B6 standard for the roof originally is only 45 degree input angle)
- The entire passenger compartment, including the luggage area, is fully armoured to level B6/ 90° (this additional protected space that can be accessed from the inside of the car and the 5th rear door can be also used as an emergency exit)
| - The vehicle floor is completely ballistic steel protected from the inside, providing maximum protection against blast attacks.
- The fuel tank is steel protected (higher protection than self sealing)
- The vehicle is fitted with upgraded suspension (includes extra heavy duty stabilizer for the rear axle) and reinforced brakes to compensate for the extra weight. These components have been developed, tested and engineered by leading specialist in the field and certified by TUV (German Department of Transport)

- The vehicle has flat glass that provides superior optics compared to other vehicles with curved glazing. All screens are compact design, no steps (glass with steps leads to a higher risk of cracking) Compact glass is easier to replace and provides lower risk of de- lamination.
